Tramontina Tunis Deep Frying Pan 24cm Blue features an aluminum with ceramic coating on the inside and silicone on the outside. Induction base: safer and faster cooking. Metal handle with silicone protection that reduces heat propagation, increasing safety and improving grip. Over time, the non-stick properties are reduced. This wear process will be accelerated by prolonged exposure to high temperatures, so we recommend using it on low or medium heat sources. Dishwasher safe, making your daily life easier. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is ¾ of the total capacity of the item.
• Before using for the first time, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent.
• After drying, grease the inside with oil or fat and cook for one or two minutes. Let cool and wash again. Position the handles of the utensils facing the center of the stove.
• On stoves with a grate, center the items over the flame or heat source and align the handles with the grate.
